Your favorite frugal links

Posted by: kimc on Wednesday, December 15th, 2010

I recently offered $10 to whoever submitted the best frugal link. Thank you to everyone who participated! It wasn't easy to choose a favorite, but I started by narrowing it down:

But the one that really made my pulse race was the one I nearly didn't click on, because I thought I a lready knew all about the subject: Ebay sales.  My husband has tried to talk me into this for years, but now, now I think I could really make money at it.  Am I crazy?  I don't know, but I am thankful to gail for sharing the link, and I'm sending her $10 right now.

Let's do this again.  What was your favorite recent frugal article?  Share up to 3 in separate comments, and may the best link win!

In November, you were so kind as to mention my “233 Ways to Make Money” post — thank you again! Here’s another one I recently finished… “277 Ways to Save Money”:

http://www.audiotranscription.org/how-to-save-money/

“277 Ways to Save Money” is, of course, a list of 277 ways to save money, but I’ve also broken it up into 23 different sections like “24 Ways to Save Money on Groceries” and “15 Ways to Save on Airfare.” It took me months to write (a little bit at a time like my make money post). I hope it’s useful to many, many people!

I’d like to put it in the running for one of the best links, but since I wrote it, I’ll remove myself from the running for the $10, if that’s ok.

This is an extremely busy time of the year. I love to give homemade goodies as Christmas gifts, but don’t want to spend too much time or money on them. This blog has 2 posts this week with very yummy and frugal recipes! I’ve already tried one, and it is such a time saver! {and delicious}
