Being thankful is such an attitude changer. Question, on the same lines. What do you do when everyone else wants to go out for a meal? We have a family policy, at present, not to eat out unless for very special occasions (wedding anniversary type and then to use coupons). I have a situation where several other people want to have a discussion over a meal-have offered my home and everyone bring a dish-but think that going out will win the day.
