Free Tax Advice on March 25
H&R Block is offering 24-hours of free tax advice on Thursday, March 25. More than 50 tax experts will answer personalized tax questions via the H&R Block Tax Talk Line from 12:01 a.m. CT through 11:59 p.m. CT. Taxpayers can call 1-866-HRBLOCK or e-mail taxtalk@hrblock.com for free advice. Questions can also be submitted online at the Get It Right community or via iPhone with the H&R Block Tax Answers application.
H&R Block experts have also partnered with tax specialist Eva Rosenberg, EA, MBA, also known as the Internet’s TaxMama, to host two online radio shows on BlogTalk Radio on Thursday, March 25:
“Must-Know Tax Advice for Taxpayers”
10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. ET
Key topics for taxpayers include the top five tax law changes for this year, tips for job seekers and those who were unemployed in 2009, and top tips for last minute filers.
“Must-Know Tax Advice for Bloggers and Freelance Writers”
11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. ET
Key topics include tips for how to report income or gifts, how to account for advertising revenue, how to determine your home office expenses, in addition to other advice.
