Magazine savings for frugal people

edited to clarify price, below

I don't read many magazines and I certainly don't pay for most of them, but both of these seemed like deals worth passing along to the frugal reader.

In the interest of full disclosure, I'll just mention that I get a small smackeral of credit (not cash) each time one of my very dear friends takes advantage of either of these offers.   I get offers like that all the time and usually hit the delete key, but these two really seem worth a shout-out.

So, who wants to be my friend?

AN ENCOURAGING WORD

The highly regarded magazine for Christian women, An Encouraging Word is offering a free sample issue.  Just mention the promo code inashoe at checkout to claim your free sample.

ALL YOU MAGAZINE

WalMart's All You magazine may not have the quality content of the magazine above, but it does have something else going for it: every issue is packed with coupons that make it a very worthwhile purchase.   Some people check out the coupons month by month and pay the full retail price for just the issues they want.  But between now and March 27, you can get a 2 year subscription for $17.95.

If you're a coupon user, this will pay for itself very quickly!

This special price of $17.95 is only available directly through the Southern Living at Home website.
Note: You must use this link to get the discounted price!

The total will show $19.95 at checkout. Your discount adjustment will be made after you checkout but before your card is charged, and the final amount charged will be $17.95.  (Just to clarify, you will not see the $17.95 price, but it will be adjusted before your card is charged.) This special price only lasts until March 27th, so order now!

edited to add a few notes:

1. The magazine will ship to the name/address you supply in the order. There are no additional shipping fees or taxes. Please DO NOT SELECT THE DIRECT SHIP OPTION during checkout.

2. To RENEW a current subscription, follow order procedures and be sure to enter your name and address exactly as it appears on your current subscription.

3. Please do not click submit more than once as this can cause multiple charges.

4. Because this is such a great offer, no refunds can be issued once the order has been submitted.

Just to clarify, Lynette, the All You magazine is only sold at Wal-Mart but the coupons inside the magazine are good for any store (once in a while they will have a store specific coupon but usually not).

Kim, I have a question for you. I currently subscribe to All You, do you know if I order via the website if it will just tack on more issues to my current subscription (what I’m hoping for) or would I end up with 2 issues of each month until the first subscription runs out?

Mrs Marcos,
Thank you for that clarification – I didn’t realize how ambiguous my statement was!
I have added more details for ordering, including one that answers your question. In a nutshell, yes, you can add to a current subscription.
