		<description>Frugality may not always mean spending less money. Let me give you an example. 15 years ago I spent $100 on a pair of shoes. Before you keel over, think 15 years ago. I have since resoled them twice at a cost of $40 per time. Similar shoes sell for over $200 now, and don&#039;t last as long as they are no longer made the same way. I wear the shoes at least 4 times a week.

Whatever way you look at it, I came out ahead based on my initial investment. Thats frugality.</description>

My daughter always wanted to know why I wouldn&#039;t buy her nailpolish, but would send her away to camp.  I told her that I used my money on things I thought were worth it.  Camp was worth it, nailpolish was not.</description>
