As you said this is the most frugal way to do things. Currently I am pulling out the old carpet that is in my house and laying down tile. What do you like about DIY? The accomplishment of knowing I did it, weather it is perfect or not. I made my home MY home. What don’t you like? Not knowing how to do the projects right the first time. LOL And not having the funds to do them all the way at times. What is your favorite DIY project? Painting, as it changes a room so fast!
