		<description>Why not take the tires to a nearby recycling center. Nowadays tires can be recycled and used as a base in pavement or even in playground foundations. Not that a goat shelter isn&#039;t important.</description>

		<description>The thing you have to be really careful about is the way tires hold a little bit of water which is enough to breed mosquitoes.  I worked for the mosquito commission when I was in college and we had to go to tire places and spray them, trying to get into every tire so that mosquitoes wouldn&#039;t breed in the standing water.</description>
