Showcase: You! week 5

It's Thursday. Usually that means that it's time to interview a Frugal Blogroll member, but today it also means that I just might be in labor. I nearly always go into labor on a Thursday, and this time seems to be no exception. Feel free to pop over for updates if you're not too shy.
In light of that, we'll keep this week's question short and sweet:
Do you have a favorite frugal site? Why?

Money Saving Mom – http://www.moneysavingmom.com/
This blog has saved my family so much money! Crystal does such a nice job of sharing the details of so many deals.

Well, I love Frugal Hacks. I also like Refund Cents. I make the rounds to a lot of personal finance blogs as well … Get Rich Slowly is helpful.

I love meandering through the various links on the frugal blogroll. It seems like every week I find a new good blog.
Other than that
http://www.frugaldad.com is one of my ultimate favorites
as is http://www.getrichslowly.org/blog/
and of course my own blog at

I also love http://www.moneysavingmom.com . Her tips have saved us so much money. It was also her site that taught me the CVS game.

I always check Money Saving Mom, The Centsible Sawyers and Fiddledeedee (she has great Publix deals for my area).
These ladies have done a great job showing us the deal. I have saved a lot of money learning from them.

This is a lame excuse for this site being my favorite but hey I put a lot of work into it and it’s new and needs some exposure
So I would like to nominate my own new site http:frugalzeitgeist.com
Let me know what you think.
Cheers,
Forest.

Ones I normally get into my email box, to which I have deliberately subscribed are –
Thriftyfun.com
The Simple Dollar
The Dollar Stretcher
Everyday Cheapskate
Simple Savings (An Australian website, but still great for those Overseas)
Freebies Found
Simple Times
FamilyCorner.com
Randal J Watkins – The Frugal Life News
Lee Seats @ About.com
and then there are various self-sufficiency websites, and Yahoo Groups-
PhancyPages
WasteNothing@YahooGroups
Frugal-Folks-Life@YahooGroups
Self-sufficiencyAustralia@YahooGroups
not to mention Yahoo Groups that cover swapping and giving away such as Freecycle and Recycle.
Hope this helps.

I like freebies as long as they are useful. My favorite places to nab freebies is http://www.freebeezndealz.com. No junky spam here, which is nice.
