Well, I am not going to have the perspective of many of the readers, as I am not a stay-at-home mom. I work outside the house and let my son's school handle the rainy days during the week. I'm lucky in that sense I guess. However, on the weekends, we try to spend a lot of time outdoors because my son is a rough-and-tumble 2-1/2 year old who loves to play at the park in our neighborhood, pick up rocks out of the driveway, or color with sidewalk chalk. I try to do crafts at least one day out of the weekend in the morning and find when it is raining either our craft time runs longer or we bake goodies, which he loves helping with and then helping to polish off. =) Nothing spectacular. Oh...and I get him to "help" with the laundry...he loves that.
