Frugal Momma in Overdrive
Last week we discussed what our favorite items were to tuck into our spring cleaning supplies and I also was doing my best to encourage everyone to participate in some type of spring cleaning. I wasn't sure how I would be able to pull this off myself, when I brought the subject up. After all, to discuss spring cleaning would force me to take a look at my own surroundings and my own home situation. Maybe there is a reason I don't feel inclined to photograph my home for my blog? Maybe my perfectionism gets in the way of me entertaining? Maybe I am more behind than I think and to begin would be opening up a can of worms?
I have started a one hour challenge with myself and to offer an incentive, I am offering free printables with tips for cleaning items in your home. It is my gift to you in response to the gift you will be giving me to get my rear in gear and to take a hard look at what I have not been keeping up with. I am posting my daily progress (as little or as great as it may be) to give myself visual proof that I can make my home a place to entertain in. The fact that I am planning to host my Bunco group in April is also a strong motivator for me! I would love for my home to look as fresh and clean as possible and rid myself of the clutter that is weighing me down.
