		<description>I do my regular shopping at the grocery store with the best all-around, non-sale prices. If another store has a spectacular sale, I&#039;ll stock up, but when I do all my shopping at national chains like Albertson&#039;s and Smith&#039;s, I usually end up spending roughly twice as much for the same thing. Even their store brands are more expensive.</description>

		<description>Find an off-beat source of food, like discount groceries, bread outlets, and/or Mennonite markets.  A combination of these is what led me away from the coupon trade a few years ago.
