Tips from readers
- My real-life friend MamaArcher posted her Thursday Thirteen last week, and it's all free: 13 links for FREE homeschool curriculum!
My favorite was the typing lessons; nothing fancy, but the program was smart enough not to count everything wrong after a single mistake. I hate the ones that do that!
- Jason at Knowledge Up has posted a quick video tutorial on how to make an inexpensive hidden mini-safe in your home.
Maybe I could hide my chocolate stash in there.
- And a hot tip from Cindee at As For Me - Selected Walgreens stores have an offer to refill a printer cartridge FOR FREE! The offer is for Wednesday SEPTEMBER 12, ONLY. See if your store is equipped to refill cartridges, and print the coupon.
Perfect timing - I needed this! The only problem is I can't print the coupon because...um...my ink cartridge is empty.

My husband heard the Walgreen’s offer on the radio and there was no mention of needing a coupon. It was only on the website that they said to print the coupon so perhaps it’s not necessary?? Better call the store to confirm.
I thought the same thing… about needing to print out a coupon but not having the ink to print!

I believe we had a coupon in the Sunday newspaper’s insert of Walgreen’s circular.
Kim, I’m having a little trouble reading the highlighted text for links today. It’s so light, it blends into the pale grey background.

I’ve changed the links to blue. Better? I noticed that the gray was hard to read, but kept procrastinating. I guess I was waiting for someone else to say it!

Our Walgreens sales paper has a coupon in it for the printer refill. They usually have the papers at the front of the store when you go in.
